Bookings can be made online and paid through Stripe.
2. Pricing
All prices include applicable taxes and are displayed in EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, or CAD.
Prices may change without notice.
3. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
The company never stores card data.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment authorization.
4. Delivery / Service Execution
Services are usually completed within 48 hours to 5 business days.
In-store collection times may vary depending on demand.
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase, except for discounted or promotional offers.

Transaction fees remain at the customer’s expense.
6. Customer Obligations
Customers must provide accurate contact details and collect items within the agreed timeframe.
7. Liability

8. Events Beyond Our Control

the company shall not be held responsible for delays in service.

and disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
