This Refund Policy applies to all online and in-store purchases
made through pikelaundry.com.
1. General Refund Terms
Customers are entitled to request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
After this period, all sales are final.
2. Exceptions
- Discounted or promotional offers are not eligible for refunds;
- Services already provided (completed washing or folding) are non-refundable;
- Transaction or exchange fees cannot be refunded.
3. How to Request a Refund
Requests must be sent to

including proof of payment and order details.
Refunds are reviewed within 7–10 business days.
4. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued via Stripe to the same payment method used during purchase.
The time it takes for funds to appear depends on your bank.
5. Fees and Responsibilities
All transaction fees, exchange costs, or banking surcharges are borne by the customer.
6. Governing Law
This Policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
In case of dispute, English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
